OUR RESCUE STORIES

our first rescue!

georgina aka st. marie

The first kitten we ever rescued, Sassy and sweet St. Marie. before her, I did not even know I liked cats. she was no more than a couple days old when I found her stuck between planks of wood between my backyard and the sidewalk;wet and cold during a storm on the night of the Academy Awards. She fought for her life, and inspired me to continue saving more kittens! She currently lives with a lovely family in a huge West Hills house, and spends her time as both an indoor and outdoor cat (fixed with all her vaccines of course)!

jeje aka "elsie"

Elsie, renamed JeJe (JiJi), was a part of a litter of three we found in the streets of the Canoga Park area, off of Variel. She was the only female of the pack with long beautiful hair, and a fierce personality compared to her brothers! As a baby, she loved to suckle, cuddle, and purr when she wasn't bouncing off the walls! She was re-homed into a wonderful family that spoils her with love, and has a new best friend...who's a huge dog!

Kit, one of the sweetest kittens we have had the pleasure of raising, was found in a litter of three with Elsie and Kodak. He was always so playful, and loved cuddling right up in your neck at bedtime. He would wake up purring and when you called his name and give him a kissy face, he would come right up to you with his nose. He currently resides in Riverside with a wonderful couple that spoils him very much! (we know because we've got to visit)!

Kodak

One of the most calm, loving kittens we've ever rescued, Kodak developed a large cyst on his leg (almost the same size as his head)!! when he was about 5 weeks old, and after emergency vet care, surgery, and draining, he was slowly able to walk again. He stays with me at our headquarters, he stole a piece of my heart and I just had to keep him for myself!

mylo

Mylo was found in the Canoga Park area with his two siblings, Puma and Yllani in April, 2019. He has an adorable white spot on his belly, and a couple white whiskers mixed in with his black ones. He loves to be held like a baby, and has such a playful and social personality. He currently lives with his new cat mom in a Woodland Hills home.

puma

Puma, our first tuxedo cat, was found on the street with his sister Yllani and brother Mylo. He was the most energetic of the bunch by far, running around the house like a Puma! He loves being cuddled and now lives happily in his huge home in Oxnard, California!
